TOPIC: MONEY | WEALTH | PROVISION

Don't hang out where worry and defeat are. Fill yourself with belief. Fill yourself with God's take, His Word, not what the circumstance and not what the world says.
Pray out the revelation. Pray out the revelation of prosperity. The revelation of financial freedom. Then take the practical steps that He shows you.

To start with, enjoy where you are now, on the way to where you are going. There’s a difference between living in godly contentment, working God’s principles of increase, and living in covetousness, being lured onward by a greed or need for wealth.
Do I believe there’s bigger and more? Absolutely. But I’m not spending my life always wishing that I had something I don’t have. I’m making the most of what I have on my way. I can thank God for what I have now. I thank God for my clothes. They’re paid for. Hallelujah! I thank God for my bed and for a roof over my head. Hallelujah! And I can thank God that His Word is working, my seed is producing, my harvest is coming, and abundance is my portion.
Don’t allow the want for more to take you through the wrong door. Do things God’s way.

It’s quite simple: make the decision to stop looking at what others have and measuring yourself against it. There’s a verse in 2 Corinthians that is spot on for this question, and we just had to write it out for you: “…but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.” Come on, you’re not going to be one of these people. We believe it!
If you’ve gotten into the habit of comparing, it would be good to repent, ask the Lord for forgiveness, and ask for His help in living free from comparison.
Let’s not live looking at what others have to deal with (bigger house=bigger bills), or why they have what they have, etc. You don’t know their lives, just like they don’t know your life. God has given you a grace for your life! You’ve got gifts, talents, dreams, abilities, and His Word to live the best life He has for you.
We know His plan for you is greater than this one area. God’s provision is total-life prosperity, and He wants you to grow into it! Make the most of what you have on your way.

Don't begin with what you don't have.
Remember the widow in the account in 2 Kings 4. She said there was nothing in the house except a jar of oil.
She had something. Thank God she had something. No matter how bad your circumstance is right now, you have something.
Sometimes we limit the size of the miracle because we're looking at what we don't have. God can begin with what is already in your hand. And when He gives the instruction, participate with it.

Yes. Look at the widow in 2 Kings 4. She listened to God's directions to her. She borrowed the vessels. She went into the house. She poured the oil that supernaturally kept flowing until all the pots were filled to the brim! Then she sold the oil, paid the debt and lived on the rest.
A miracle of supernatural debt cancellation was taking place through her obedience. She was in full participation of this miracle. Sometimes people want God to do everything while they do nothing. But there are times when God gives an instruction and you participate with what He's doing. It's amazing if you think about it! Getting to witness and be a part of His mighty movings!

It's knowing that everything good comes from God. Here we are sitting with God who owns everything, who has everything that we could ever need. The gold is His. The silver is His. And He knows where it is.
Some of you are wondering where your next income is coming from. Spend time asking the Lord, praying about it, and receiving His instructions, His workings and orchestrations in your life. This is one way He is the Source in your life. It's God who gives you power to get wealth. It's God who gives you witty inventions.

We receive what God gives us and commit to use it in a way that honors and glorifies Him.
We are called to steward the resources that come our way. A steward understands: I'm not the source but I'm responsible for what has been placed in my hand. God gives us wisdom, knowledge and understanding so that we can effectively steward, as His sons and daughters.
Our words are key to how we steward, even in the area of finances. It's vital to never allow our words to limit our expectation of what we believe God and His ability are able to do.

No.
Don't allow the dollar, pound, euro, yen, to run your life instead of the Spirit. Don't allow the want for more to take you through the wrong door. Just because an opportunity pays more doesn't automatically mean it is God's direction.
A good time to buy or sell is when the Lord tells you to buy or sell. It's not about what the world is doing. It's about what the Lord is telling you to do. Your gift is not up for sale. Be led by the Spirit.

Don't live in the land of “we can't.” “We don't have much. We can't do much.” When you keep talking like that, you can begin to see everything through that lens. And you can put that limitation into the next generation.
I've never told my children, “We cannot afford that.” Maybe now is not the time. Maybe we're in a sowing season. Maybe we're just not in that season. But let's get God in on it.
Don't allow your words to limit your expectation of what God is able to do.
